Hotel Information

The Symposium secretariat has negotiated special rates at the following hotels:

All hotels are in close vicinity to each other and of good or excellent standard. A map which indicates the location of the venue and hotels is found here.

All prices quoted are per night and include breakfast and all taxes. The prices given are in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) and are approximate.

Please note:
As per January 2006 VAT is not added to hotel rates in Norway. However, if VAT is levied on hotel rates, the above room rates will change accordingly.

Changes of the hotel accommodation after July 1, 2006 will be charged with an additional handling fee of NOK 150. In case of cancellation of hotel rooms after July 15, 2006, the deposit will not be refunded.

Hotel Reservations
Hotel accommodation will be reserved when the registration form together with the hotel room deposit equal to first night has reached Congress-Conference AS. The hotel room deposit will be deducted from the hotel bill upon presentation of the delegate's personal hotel voucher, which will be given to you in Oslo upon registration.
