Registration

Application to attend DIOXIN2006 should be made by filling out the secure on-line registration form.

It should be noted that the registration fees increase on June 25, 2006 and that registrations after August 1, 2006 will be handled at the Symposium Venue. All registrations will be confirmed via email when the Symposium Secretariat has received payment.

On-site registration
Cash and credit card payment on-site in Norwegian Kroner (NOK) will be possible at the Registration Desk.

Registration fee for participants and students include:
•  Proceedings (CD-ROM)
•  Symposium bag and information package
•  Admission to all symposium sessions
•  Admission to the exhibition area
•  Coffee, tea and refreshments during breaks
•  Lunch from Monday to Thursday
•  Informal Get-together on Sunday, August 20
•  Oslo City Hall Reception on Monday, August 21
•  Oslo highlights tour on Wednesday, August 23
•  Symposium Banquet on Thursday, August 24 at reduced fee
•  Certification of participation

Accompanying person's fee includes:
•  Admission to the exhibition area
•  Coffee, tea and refreshments during breaks
•  Informal Get-together on Sunday, August 20
•  Oslo City Hall Reception on Monday, August 21
•  Oslo highlights tour on Wednesday, August 23
•  Symposium Banquet on Thursday, August 24 at reduced fee

Student Registration
Student registration applies to full time students and must be accompanied by a letter certifying student status from the University or Department in which the student is registered. This documentation must be mailed and/or faxed to the Symposium Secretariat.

Letters of Invitation
On request, the Symposium Secretariat may send a personal invitation for participation in the Symposium. It should be understood that such invitation is only to help participants to obtain a visa and is not a commitment of the organizers to provide any financial support. Invitation Letters will be issued when the Symposium Secretariat has received full payment.

Certification of Participation
Certificates of participation will be issued to those who are properly registered. Certifications will be available at the Registration Desk and should be picked up before departure.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of registration received in writing fax before June 15, 2006 will result in a refund minus an administration fee of NOK 500. For refund, please indicate address and bank transfer number. Bank charges and exchange rates will be deducted from the amount to be refunded. No refunds are possible after July 15, 2006.
